Responsibilities
- Needs to accomplish productivity norms fixed by management on primary products along with x-sell products at TSE / TSS level.
- Develops monitoring mechanisms and control procedures for the same.
- Needs to possess excellent understanding of policy and products and solutions.
- Should possess very good knowledge of market developments in connection with the product being handled.
- Should carry out frequent training courses on product, policy, soft skills, induction programs and so on. for his / her groups.
- To make sure Regular Call barging, mock call sessions, soft skill and objection handling training at TSE level.
- Needs to make sure the best sourcing combination is powered to ensure a healthy portfolio is of clients is introduced into the bank.
- Needs to keep teams inspired and manage attrition.
Requirements
- Education Qualification – Scholar / Post Graduate.
- Needs to possess excellent communication.
- Hardcore sales practical experience in channel management as well as retail / corporate sales.
- Managing significant teams.
